about

Extinct metalcore band from south Brazil. Active from 1991 to 1996, the band released three demos: Animals (1993) Chain Me (1994) Django is Back (1996) The band's line up was: Paulo Finger - Lead Vocals Álisson Dal Lago - Guitar Leandro Indrusiak - Bass & Vocals Fernando Bolli - Guitar Daniel Indrusiak - Drums Their music was a blend of hardcore and metal, blending apparently disjoint influences like Ramones, Sex Pistols, Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden. Dirty Job's best known songs, which received some airplay by south Brazilian radio stations, include Marsten House, The Legend (Loch Ness), Union Against Union, Damned Revolution and Jose Cuervo esta Muerto. Dirty Job was one of the first bands in Brazil to have a web page (one of its integrants was a web pioneer in Brazil). The page is still online at http://www.ufsm.br/alternet/dj.html User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
