Biography for Dio Jimenez Date of Birth November 9,1990 New york city Nickname DIO Dio Jimenez started singing Around the age of seven, listening to artist and groups like Usher and Boys II Men he found his voice and inspiration to pursue music. He was part of the Ascension Church choir. He attended Bread & Roses and Independence High school where he graduated and received his high school diploma. Most of his songs are heart felt and emotional written based on true stories. Right after graduating he was part of a four man RnB group, but somewhere along the line he decided to continue doing music as a solo artist once the group fell apart. He currently works with a producer by the name of JMR. Dio and JMR have known each other ever since they were young kids. Dio is currently working on his first album with JMR and he features artist like Spider and JayR.
