Dimitar Bodurov is a Bulgarian jazz pianist / composer / producer, currently resided in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Born on the 17th of September 1979 in Bulgaria, Dimitar played several instruments- trombone, piano, saxophone, and drums. After graduating trombone from the music high school in Varna (BG) he studied 2 years jazz piano in the Conservatory in Sofia. Since 2000, Dimitar has been working and studying in the Netherlands. In 2002 he obtained bachelor diploma; and in April 2004 he graduated with cum laude his master degree in Rotterdam Conservatory in major jazz piano. In November 2006 he has graduated jazz composition and arranging in the same school. Since 2004, Dimitar has been intensively integrating Bulgarian Folklore in his own music.
