Hailing from St. Gallen, Switzerland, Die By Design bring a precise metal blast - aggressive but still melodic. During their lifespan the band has supported Strike Anywhere, Converge, Tribute To Nothing and Fire In The Attic to name but a few. The band states their influences as Coheed and Cambria, Tool, Led Zep, Ignite, Planes Mistaken for Stars, At The Drive In and Hot Water Music. To the band their music is all about being creative and powerful no matter how strange the ideas. This, their debut album covers a wide spectrum of hardcore but with metal influences – intense vocals – immense guitar work – and just some great songs.
