Die Arbeit is a rock band from Dresden, Germany, that plays post-punk and wave music. The band was formed in early 2018 by four members who were previously part of another band called Leo hört Rauschen. Since then, Die Arbeit has released two albums, Material in 2020 and Wandel in 2022, and several singles, such as Leichen, Visier, and Haut, Knochen und Gesichter. The band's name means "The Work" in German, and their lyrics deal with current social issues and personal reflection. Die Arbeit is known for their catchy and straight-forward bass and drum elements, as well as their atmospheric guitar sounds.
