Diane Nelson brings an eccentric yet cute sensibility to noise and experimental music design. Since the late 1990s she has incorporated a wide range of influences into her creations, from modifying the circuits of electronic toys to crafting handmade masks and costumes. Ms. Nelson is one half of the noise-music duo Winter Carousel (2001-present) and a former member of the noise group Panicsville (1997-2000).
