There is more than one artist with this name: 1. A Belgian minimal/synthpop band. 2. A British sunshine pop band who released several albums in the 1970's, a self-titled one in 1971 and "Tomorrow Is So Far Away" in 1972. Design were a six-piece vocal group who were a staple diet of early 1970s British TV, but despite their small-screen ubiquity their records consistently failed to sell. 3.
