Demetrius (Demétrio Zahra Neto, São Paulo, Brazil, 28 March 1942 - 11 March 2019) was a Brazilian singer and songwriter. 1958 - his debut 1960 - became famous with ''O Ritmo da Chuva'' song. 1981 - he resumed his career from the stage and owned a real estate, a boat shop and even a beach kiosk. 2000 - he returned to music and recorded in São Paulo, at Zan-Brasidisc Label, a CD, which is a collection of some of his greatest hits, plus some new songs.
