Comedy has never seem so fucked nor should it be. the brainchild of Uniontown, PA teenagers Mark Horvath and Brendan Daniel, Dekliq is its own beast. Dekliq is comedy with an identity problem and a drinking problem. through classic characters such as George Jones, Kristoph Depissedoff, Markie and Apu, Dekliq constantly breaks new ground in skit (dis)organization. Using a microcassette recorder for their initial recordings, the raw tone almost cast a glow of comedy black metal, where the production value only served the purpose better. In 2001, an idea was spawned, in 2002, it was born. Dekliq released two albums in 2002 with the lineup of original members Mark Horvath (M-Bomb) and Brendan Daniel (Tornadoboyee) as well as lifelong friend Robb Barnhart (Tha Robb). SKITZAPHRENIA (PERSONA RETURN) featured feel good comedy randomness with George Jones becoming a standout character leaving local comedy sadists rolling on the floor. only 3 short months later, the group had a follow-up ready with THE SUPREME RULER OF SUPREMENESS, which was a more focused, organized effort that chronicled Markie and Kristoph Depissedoff's battles determining who indeed held the fantasy title of "Supreme Ruler of Supremeness." On fire, the band set ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU CAN'T GET LAID as its next grand scheme. however, this project failed miserably. added pressures of Horvath's departure to college, and lineup experiments made this album a doomed, unsalvagable mess. some tracks remain classic, but th
