For 15 years, Los Angeles-based Jason Blum has wielded this magic, working under the moniker Deepsky to transcend the boundaries of electronic music with an impeccable blend of heart-stopping melody and rhythmic intensity that fuels headphones, car stereos and massive PA systems with equal effectiveness. Songs like Talk Like a Stranger, Stargazer and Ghost have taken global dancefloors by storm, working crowds into an undulating, fist-pumping mass, then coaxing them back into blissful serenity before opening up the throttle once more.
