There are several bands called Decontrol: 1) From Saskatoon, SK - self-described as "raw d-beat fallout punk". They released a split with Final Massakre (Massakre Records), a self-titled 12" (Distortion Records), an LP entitled In Trenches... (Iron Bastard Records) and another LP entitled The Final War (Hardcore Holocaust). Their albums can still be bought today through a few distros and through Hardcore Holocaust. Their self-titled album was released in 1987 on Hardly Records, and is made up of tracks 15 through 26 on the complete collection CD. Released at least two demos in the early 00's. 4) Punk band from York, PA. Circa Late 90's -early 00's. A few demos were released.
