Artist
Having hit the giddy heights of number four as the singer of The Flying Lizards' hit "Money", Deborah Evans-Stickland left the band's ever-changing line-up. Her new band Deborah And The Puerto Ricans, released only one single, a 1981 cover of Aretha Franklin's Respect, sung in her unique style. She then retrained as a psychotherapist and took time out to have a child. In 2003 she sang 2 tracks on the debut album of Richard X. She is currently working helping people with learning difficulties. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
