Bio:- Death on the Balcony are a DJ and Production duo residing in Leeds. Mark Caramelli and Paul Hargreaves both hail from quirky seaside town Blackpool and met through a mutual love of house and techno and also being heavily inspired by New wave, Disco and the general debauchery of the 80's. These guys love a party and whether playing or not they are bound to be knocking around soaking up some inspiration! From a DOTB set you can expect anything between the best Deep Melodic House/Techno & Groovy Rolling Techno through to Cosmic Disco - if you've forgot your dancing shoes when you enter a roon DOTB are playing in you'll be shooting off home to get them on and getting involved! Death on the Balcony reside @ -Dirty Disco -Polaroid They are also regular guests at Wax On and have recently played the Dirty Disco Tent @ Gatecrasher Summer Soundsystem to spark the summer off with a bang .... This Summer also see's them spreading their wings internationally and playing for Danscotheek in Latvia and a label launch party for Miniclublabel at Sonar,Barcelona & Ibiza for a number of parties including Dirty Disco @ the infamous Zoo project They started 2008 with a Radio 1 play from Rob da Bank with a still unreleased tune "live together" and have proceeded to get airplay on Galaxy FM with an interview on Riley and Durrants Nu Breed with a mix to boot, and also a hot mix for Latvian Radio show Dancebox with bodgan taran (www.dancebox.net) Their groovy techno, disco and
