DEADWINTER is an effects-driven alternative rock band from Toronto, Canada. Drawing inspiration from a wide variety of musical genres, themes and soundscapes, DEADWINTER creates music that sounds experimental and atmospheric while remaining familiar and memorable. After announcing themselves at the end of 2015, DEADWINTER started 2016 off with the release of their debut 4-song EP, "Destinations". Each track on the EP takes musical and lyrical influence from the impact that each one of the four cities - Toronto, London, Reading and Stockholm - had on the band's members. Their lineup consists of Adam Perks, Justin Wotherspoon, Michael Cisterna and Mike Tompa. **NOTE: DEADWINTER is not to be confused with the metal-hardcore group "Dead Winter" of Norwich, UK. They have released one EP titled "Decay" consisting of two tracks "Self-Loathing" and "Decay".
