There are two bands called Dead Slow: 1) London based duo. They mix Shoegaze, Trip-Hop and Indie Rock in lo-fi recordings. Supported Sebadoh on their 2011 UK tour, after being hand-picked by Lou Barlow. 2) Bringing together the weirdness of Radiohead, the urgency of Muse, and the rough edges of Pavement, Leicester’s Dead Slow generate their own twisted-but-tuneful sound that keeps your mind guessing and your ears ringing. Since forming in 2006, the band have been busy gigging up and down the country, playing anywhere and everywhere from strange small-town clubs to cult London venues like The Dublin Castle and The Hope & Anchor.
