De Involverte (Those Involved) was a Kaizers Orchestra tribute band from Esbjerg, Denmark. The line-up consisted of Martin 'John' Kaizer (lead vocals, oilbarrels), Mathias 'Grizzly' Kaizer (lead guitar, vocals, oilbarrels), Thomas 'Rex' Kaizer (second guitar, oilbarrels), Kirsten 'Snow' Kaizer (pump organ, keyboards, vocals, oilbarrels, felloes), Christian 'Orion' Kaizer (double bass, felloes) and Sebastian 'Fusciante' Kaizer (drums). The tribute band, named after Kaizers Orchestra's song "De involverte", was formed in 2006. They performed live as a group sporadically, covering both well-known and obscure Kaizers Orchestra songs. Some cover songs were recorded in demo form; eventually, the group shifted its focus towards composing their own material, performing these alongside Kaizers Orchestra songs at live shows. After the passing of half a year without any activity on their part, De Involverte announced in 2009, that they were planning to form a new band. After playing their final concert in the summer of 2009, De Involverte was disbanded and transformed into Kabaret Sybarit, a band wholly dedicated to original compositions in a musical style they dubbed kabarock. Some of De Involverte's original compositions were re-recorded and released under the Kabaret Sybarit name.
