Artist
Darrian Gerard is a singer/songwriter from a small town in British Columbia, Canada. She plays the guitar, bass, piano, and drums and is heavily influenced by Avril Lavigne, blink-182, Taylor Swift, Alanis Morissette, and Angels & Airwaves. At the ripe age of 7 years old, she begged her parents to buy her a guitar. A few days, and a 20 dollar auction guitar later, she began writing songs about imaginary boys who didn't treat her right and the heart-wrenching passing away of her first dog. From there, she's used the catharsis of writing lyrics as a tool to express some of her deepest emotions and creativity. Currently, Darrian is independently writing, recording, and producing in her home studio (basement) and releasing singles periodically. She also runs a YouTube channel where covers are posted weekly, ranging from Halsey to Foo Fighters. Live performances are at an indefinite halt, but Darrian is eager to start performing for people, hopefully in the near future.
