Dar Beida 04 are a characteristically bewildering (for the Barbarity label) group of musicians from Morocco who have recorded with the assistance of at least one guy from Europe (Pat Jabbar). Jabbar contributed programming and some vocals to their 2001 album, Impiria Consequential, which also included work by other musicians who have contributed to Barbarity projects, including Fido K., Bombax, and Abderrahim Akkaoui. Like other releases by the company, it matched features of traditional vocal and instrumental Moroccan music with aggressive, techno-heavy European rhythms and production.
