Artist
Daniel Flay And The Irreparable Guilt is the full-band embodiment of singer-songwriter Daniel Flay's solo efforts. Flay - previously of Names For Enemies and Faster Destroy - specializes in a mixture of acoustic folk-rock and low electronic rumbles. His singing and writing style has been heavily influenced by David Bazan, both as a solo artist and as part of Pedro The Lion and Headphones. While Flay almost exclusively releases original content, he is occasionally known to release altered cover versions of popular songs, including Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone" and more notably an acoustic rendition of Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun".
