Daniel Carlomagno was born and grew up in São Simão, a city in the country side of São Paulo, Brazil. Few years later he went to Ribeirão Preto (another city in the country side of São Paulo) and started playing in bands. Already in São Paulo he won the “Overgraund” festival, with his band called “Box 32” and also other festivals, like the “Festivalda” playing together Confraria's band, also he played with Max de Castro and Pedro Mariano. His first album was "João Marcello Bôscoli e Cia" and he produced many albums for other artists. Alone, in 2001 he introduced to the media his other album, called Daniel Carlomagno his latest CD in 2004, also with his name. Many of his songs got famous interpreted by another artists voices, like Luciana Mello that sang "Assim que se faz" and "Simples Desejo".
