daniel b is an indie-folk singer-songwriter based in Bratislava, Slovakia. He came onto the local scene with a 5-track EP called "tidal wave" released in 2020 via ZTapes, a (former) Slovak cassette label. The release has got him airplay on Radio FM, the biggest radio in Slovakia focused primarily on indie music. In 2021 he was long-listed for a Newcomer of the Year at the Radio_hlavy awards in Slovakia. Currently he's working on his debut album that is planned to be released in late autumn 2023. daniel b's live shows are an intimate affair, where he sings solo and accompanies himself with an acoustic guitar and goofy humour.
