Dan Meyer, or as he is known online, "smashmethod" / "fictionalhead" is both a musician, and artist. His work as a digital artist can be seen on his personal website, Fictionalhead.com or through his deviantART account. In terms of music, smashmethod's background starts way back when, playing around with midi files on old computers, to where he is now, using top of the line software to craft his tunes. The style of his music tends to range from laid back piano pieces, to more uptempo breakbeat inspired numbers. He has released a multitude of albums, covering the broad nature of is musical career, all by making his albums available free to download from various places. Usually releases with accompanying artwork can be spotted by watching his deviantART account. Since 2006, Dan Meyer also can be found hard at work in two other bands. One with friend Anthony Schellhardt as Floating Couch, and the other with friend Ashley Tyler as idlejamm.
