With being an MC, producer and DJ as well as being 1/2 of Clan Destined, 1/3 of The Difference Machine, 1/3 of West Forest Hustlas and 1/9 of the VJC collective, DT wears many hats in the underground music scene in Atlanta, GA. Originally from Hickory, NC, DT moved to Atlanta in 2000. While attending Morehouse College, DT first met Felix from the VJC who not only introduced him to the music scene but also introduced him to his future partner in rhyme, Yamin Semali aka DJ Amdex. Since that fortuitous meeting, DT has played a major part in the constantly progressing Atlanta hip hop scene. His current project, The Difference Machine, consists of him and musical peer and friend, Dr. Conspiracy, who has released critically acclaimed vinyl of his own. Together they have forged a sound that combines hip hop with psychedelic, rock, post punk and noise creating a new and unique sound that appeals to both hip hop and rock audiences.
