DJ stuDLycaPs got his start by spinning at private dance events and producing a podcast online. Music from the podcast has been featured several times on Digitally Imported. As his musical style (a mix of trance, house, progressive, and electro) started to gain popularity, he started playing at a few small public venues such as Supperclub, Bliss Bar, Mission Control, and DaDa SF. At Burning Man, stuDLycaPs played at the "Paradise Motel" and "Comfort and Joy" camps, and was very well-received there. Successfully employed by a San Francisco-area technology company, stuDLycaPs DJs to satiate his love of electronic music and his passion for melodic, crowd-pleasing dance music.
