DJ Steel is known for his Drum & Bass Liquid mixes, and plays a variety of electronic genre music. Steel is part of The Tonz of Drumz crew, Ghetto Life crew, and is part of the folks that bring SoCal's I Love LA events. Born Andres Diaz, Steel is a Los Angeles Native, raised in Pasadena, California. Steel has many musical influences, including and also date back past Techno House, Hardcore, Jungle, Drum & Bass, Hip Hop, Electro, Grime and Dubstep. His earliest influences can be found on the many East Side Story mix tapes that came out of South East Los Angeles that popularized into the worldly known mainstream. If he's not mixing or throwing parties, you can catch DJ Steel at the Staples Center enjoying his favourite past time; Watching The Los Angeles Lakers win Championships!
