DJ Peace is an American recording artist and entertainer. ManSmarts: The Music is the first full-length recording from DJ Peace. DJ Peace believes in music without boundaries with the goal of exposing talented artists. ManSmarts: The Music achieves that goal by featuring guest artists: Vanessa Bryan, Kyle Castellani, Dana Meller, Michael Greenfield, Paul Falcon, Mista' YOUNGBLOOD and The Harbingers. The songs are also based on the book: "ManSmarts: The 12 Character Types of Women" by relationship expert and author: Xanthin Smith. DJ Peace will continue to promote artists of all kinds through recordings and live shows. DJ Peace was born Mark Joseph Thomas in Manchester, New Hampshire. He grew up listening to vinyl records, first on his parents console where he was exposed to Frank Sinatra and Perry Como at the age of 3 years old. At 5, he began listening to his sister's records which included: The Beatles, The Carpenters and Elton John. His older brother turned him on to the likes of Billy Joel, Electric Light Orchestra and Tommy James and when it was time for Mark to build his own collection, his first albums included: KISS' "Destroyer", Bob Seger's "Stranger in Town" to name a few. Mark was captivated by the personas of KISS, Alice Cooper and Black Sabbath so hard rock became his music of choice. He starred as "Jesus" in Godspell in New Hampshire and Massachussetts which eventually lead him to Pasadena, CA.where he studied acting, voice and movement. User-contributed text
