Naro is one of the reasons why Jakarta has become a stop-off for many DJs on the international circuit, having helped to establish its underground House scene way back in the early nineties, beginning with his residency at B1 - Jakarta's first ever underground House club. Rooted in his long standing love affair with Peaktime Soulful sound and characterized by mid-set House, bouncey rhythms, Soulful elements and a grooving bass line Naro aims to put magic and a spiritual energy into each of his DJ sets. Wanting clubbers to not only feel the journey within his sets, but also appreciate the music, his tenacious appetite and love for house music has lead him to educate audiences on the archipelago by putting on several big parties in clubs around Jakarta. . Having played at almost every big international event in Jakarta he has shared the decks with DJs and artists like Danny Howells, Junkie XL, Sander Kleinenberg, Lee Burridge, Armin Van Buuren, Roger Sanchez , Tall Paul , Gabriel&Dresden , Matthew Dekay, Smokin Jo , Mark Knight , Remy, Dj Pippi , Nick K ,D Ramirez , Rene Amesz, Bart van Wissen, Hernan Cattaneo, Omid(16B), Kasey Taylor, Terry Francis, Paul Davis (Circulation), Marysol , Tom de neef and Leon Roberts (UBU) among others. Has been guest dj for the Ultimate GATE CRASHER Jakarta tour in 2002 with Ashley Casselle and Nick Riley with almost 10.000 people came and it was the 1st record for Jakarta Outdoor dance Scene.
