DJ Massakerr is a Mashup/Remix producer and DJ from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Currently studying accounting/finance at McMaster University, DJ Massakerr began his DJ career in the fall of 2010, being hired on as a resident DJ for Volv Marketing. Progressing as a DJ he has spun opening sets for popular artists such as Basshunter and LA Riots. He has furthered his talents in creating short mixes and bootlegs which have received over 100,000 plays on soundcloud. He now focuses on creating technical mash-ups, citing 3LAU and Kap Slap as his influences. His most notable mashups "Good Fucking Day & Night," and "Gimmie Dat Sexy Cobra" have been featured on blogs with critical acclaim. Both tracks were featured on Hypem reaching #5 and #24 on the popular charts respectively. With more mashups and remixes on the way, DJ Massakerr doesn’t show any sign of slowing down. He currently has a residency on Saturdays at Viva Nightclub in Hamilton and looks to travel to spread his sounds!
