DJ Iridium (Russia). Real Name: Eugene, year of birth: 1980 Music Style: Ambient, Psybient, Progressive Ambient, Lounge, Tech Trance, Psytrance http://www.iridium.dj/ and mixes hosted on http://promodj.com/iridium He started playing Goa & Psychedelic trance in 2002. The first set at a major party was 09/29/2002 at Club Spaceport. Initially played mostly old classic Goa tracks, and sometimes Full-On trance in the morning. In 2003, played mostly Ambient, only occasionally classic Goa Trance. Was a Nominee for Award Event 2004, this was "The Year" for DJ Iridium. Has one of the largest collections in Russia of Ambient music. Played the widest variety of commercial parties and open areas since 2002. The longest set was played at the club Avalon, and it lasted over 6 hours. DJ Iridium says about his work: "Ambient music for me - a way of expressing thoughts, feelings, emotions ... So I can never decide in advance what to play. The combination of tracks and direction the set takes depends on everything: weather, mood, the audience at the chill-out.
