Gabriel Munther, aka DJ Carpenter, was born and raised in the deep woods of southern Sweden in a small community known to the world as Hultsfred, once the centre of a festival now long gone but never forgotten. It was probably during one of the festival days on the camping site that the idea behind DJ Carpenter was born. If you were to ask Gabriel to specify his sound, he would say that he’s stuck somewhere between hard techno, melodic radio house and credible UK garage and breaks. His primary focus, however, is to be able to perform his music live moving forward, and to quickly develop the DJ sets into live sets to connect with the audiences on a deeper level.
