D.D.C stopped its musical activity in 1986. The group was composed by Sylvie Loquet, Philippe Blanchard and Alain Basso. About sound creation they said: "At the begining we were searching for a rough state, a climate testimonig the humor of the moment; later after a better evaluation of the sonorous enviroment, we have drawed out our research, giving a musical intention to this new material". And about visual creation: "The visual element is one DDC preoccupations, at the G. Pompidou Center in Paris, they used as video as visual support, with the help of 8 television screens and a giant one on the stage where the musician shadows were profiling.
