DELUHI was a Japanese visual kei/metal band formed in 2008 and split in 2011. The band consisted of vocalist Juri, guitarist Leda, bassist Aggy and drummer Sujk. Juri, Leda and Aggy played in another band called GRAVE SEED formed in 2006 with another drummer, Yuu (who went on to be the drummer of MATENROU OPERA/摩天楼オペラ). When GRAVE SEED split up, guitarist Leda recruited Juri as vocalist for a new band. Aggy joined them, and when they found a new drummer in Sujk, they formed as DELUHI in January 2008. The band immediately started recording materials composed by Leda, the mainsongwriter. Performing around venues in Tokyo and achieving explosive growth as a band, their debut mini album SURVEILLANCE was released on March 26, 2008. They finally made their live debut on February 29, 2008. It was followed by the band performing around venues in Tokyo and achieving growth and recognition as the up-and-coming band within the visual rock scene. Deluhi was featured on the American TV show Bento Beatbox on the Anime Network on 15 April 2009. In May 2009, they were included on the compilation album J-Visual[ism] 2, released by the European label CLJ Records. In late 2009, Deluhi shared a national tour of Japan with Matenrou Opera. The band announced that they would take a hiatus starting on 1 December 2010, following the completion of their concert at Shibuya O-East. However, on 1 April 2011 Deluhi announced that they would disband after their final tour in July 2011. After disbandm
