DARKORIGIN aka Syclonus, aka Shaun Bailey. DARKORIGIN was formed in 1996. He started DarkOrigin solo and has gone under the name Syclonus since 1992. His music is Non commercial and he does not agree with the commercial music industry. The music he creates is surprisingly unique as he uses all different types of musical influences and elements, ranging from classical to rock. Tribe is the main type of his inspiration which surfaced around 1986 which consisted of 808,303 and 909 Acid riffs with a military beat and some Jamaican toasting and melody’s, which some people would class as hardcore. Tribe was too fast and hard for a lot of the people to do floor work dance moves, so it was calmed down and harmonised more thus Jungle was born. Paul from Ibiza records put a stamp foothold on this new dance craze in 1991 which took off by storm and is a Black British, Jamaican concept which started in the UK. Like most forms of music, black artists don’t get credit where its due as the music industry today call it Drum and Bass. A lot of white artists create this commercially and have big record companies to back them which makes it more popular. Techno is the same. 80% of People think it comes from Germany! Wrong it came from Detroit USA by a Black guy called Juan Atkins who is a pioneer using Roland 909 synths etc. Shaun aka Syclonus has created many tracks.
