Culture In Decline are 3 hard working musicians consisting of Neil singer and guitar, Nami bass, and Josh on drums. Josh recently got bit by the acting bug and left the band to persue a career in creating movie and television music soundtracks. Culture in Decline have recently regrouped in Japan where they hope to continue work on new songs with current drummer Andrew aka "Boomer".
