"Six independent minds" is the underlying theme used by Cotur, Lennin, Rojo, Psycho, Apache y Mike to define Cuarto Poder. Which translates into Fourth Power, as in the emerging power beyond the three republican ones. Six ways of looking at life which merged through Saturday´s encounters at Los Proceres, at the end of the 90s, to evolve into their music today and their strong energy that characterizes them on stage.
