mid – eighties, somewhere in gemany…4 young guys spend the whole time with nothing else but listening to punk- and hardcore – music…go clubbing to see the shows in youth clubs and squats…it is the ”happy-lo-lucky – time” of the first DIY and hardcore - wave all over europe…next decision: start a band and be a part of the movement…crowd of isolated (COI) was founded in 1986…after playin’ a lot of heady shows, they release a tape titled: “ blow up your chains” …get into the van, quik! … get off the fuckin’ car, “all change please!”… continue the long journey into the unknown... get inspired by interesting people and bands…meet the x-mist people…release the debut album in 1986 “ I try tell about a way…” …back to the stage! … the band cross the way of numerous other bands: RKL, NoMeansNo, Verbal Assault, Rollins Band, Negazione, CCM, Rhythm Pigs, Spermbirds, Jingo de Lunch, So Much Hate…next releases: “ bad actor” (7’, x-mist, 1989) and the 2. album “memories and scars” (x-mist, 1990)…next step…play the last gig in 1992…don’t ask me why…! …shortly after: members start other bands like “bushfire”, “touch down” or ”jack-a-napes”…and in the meantime: go to college, start a family, beget children and eat spicy potato-chips……2007: meet again at bbq and come to the decision to revitalize the crowd-band…at the moment: the band is caged in the practice room ..watch out for new songs and shows !!!
