Crouching 80s Hidden Acronym were an Australian rock band from Tamworth, New South Wales. The band formed in 2007, and played their first show in Tamworth in May 2008. They released an EP in 2009 entitled "I Just Don't Think It's Funny, Or Clever, Or In Good Taste." It was followed up by a split release with Rara Avis entitled "Truth Masseuse / Itch Bin."
