Winner of numerous international prizes, classically trained and with many years of stage experience (including concerts in famous concert-halls as Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Berlin Philharmonie), violinist Cristina Kiseleff recorded albums with various international projects, toured and performed extensively throughout Europe, South Africa and Zambia. Redefining the perception of classical violin by reinterpreting and improvising on international favourite songs in an original manner, electric violinist Cristina Kiseleff’s fulminant show is one of the most innovative products of its kind in the music industry: Romanian born and based in Bucharest, Cristina began studying the violin when she was almost 9 years old and had her first European tour as a soloist at the age of 10 in France. A few months later, she participated in her first violin competition where she was awarded the 3rd prize, the only one granted on her age category. Next years followed with winning over 20 prizes such as: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Prize and Special Prize in various national competitions but also with prizes won in International competitions: 2nd and 3rd prize in “San Bartolomeo al Mare” Italy and “Rovere d’Oro” Italy, also participating in Louis Spohr Competition (Germany) and finalist in Jeunesses Musicales International Violin Competition.
