There are at least 2 bands named "Crimson Sky": 1) Crimson Sky are a Progressive Rock band based in Bristol, UK; 2) Crimson Sky is a Gothic Doom metal band from Rivne, Ukraine; 1) Active since 2002, have released several self made EP's, produced by Martin Leamon and including songs written by Martin Leamon and the band. There have been several lineup changes over the years, with only Martin Leamon and Clive Lambert remaining since the first line-up. It took a firm gothic-doom direction since very beginning. However, the progress was slow and various musical differences stood in a way of recording their material. Reunited "Crimson Sky" exists since May 2010. Bogdan Torchylo, band's vocalist and founder, has gathered both experienced and young musicians to give a birth to a new album - Rising (2011), as well as a set of live shows to support it.
