A band, formed with the sole purpose of extending the Kingdom of God (Elohim) through all spheres of their lives. From a predestined meeting at a local Christian fellowship, these two sets of brothers began diversifying their music and lyrics to reflect every aspect of life in accordance with God's (Elohim's) Word. The Abraham brothers (Romesh, Aravind and Rakesh) in friendship and unity with the Luther brothers (Nicolas and Rufus) do indeed give everything they have for their Maker. CrewC5's first and possibly best known song, written in just 45 minutes, aptly titled 'Cause & Effect', chronicled the life of Jesus Christ (Yahshua Ha Mashiach) as a testimony to both believers and unbelievers. The words "Jesus is our Lord and Majesty" continue to resonate in many people's ears. Consisting of folk-like verses breaking into power ballad choruses, 'Cause & Effect' remains a song synonymous with CrewC5. With their next song, titled '24/7', featuring another set of brothers (Ashwin and Avinash) who happened to be cousins of some of the band (The Abraham’s), CrewC5 ventured into an infusion of pop-rock and hip-pop with subtle undertones of reggae.
