There is more than one band known as Cream Tangerine 1)Cream Tangerine are a four piece funk/punk/electro band from Wrexham, North Wales. They have been writing, recording and playing all around the country for the last six years . In 2005 the band made the last six, from over 2500 bands, in The Glastonbury new talent competition finals, the winners that year were The Subways. They have played along side bands such as, The Kooks, The Coral and The Futureheads. The band were awarded funding by the Prince's Trust and played at the Royal gala performance for them at the Llangollen Eisteddfod. They've had their video for Finish Work/Get High shown on ITV's Shotgun Slide Show and have also filmed music videos for Pynci TV, HTV and S4C. Cream Tangerine recorded a live show at Central Station, Wrexham, for Bethan and Huw on BBC Radio 1 Wales. They've also recorded other live sessions for BBC Radio 1 Wales. 2)A 5 piece Psychedelic Rock band from Grayslake, IL. Currently on hiatus.
