Coyote Trickster formed in the sunny sprawl of the South Bay Area in 2011. They played scuzzy house parties and college bars until moving to San Francisco the next year. The move left them in search of a new drummer. At a foggy bus stop in the Outer Richmond, a desperately bummed cigarette introduced Eric, Paul, and Terence to SF native Huli Curry. After a short residency at the Boom Boom Room with the new lineup, the band disapeared into their home studio to record a proper LP. Recorded at the unfamous Potrero Mt. Palace of Unfine Arts, where the projects border the bourgeoisie, where the hawks hunt, where OJ’s still painted. Mixed by Jay Pellecci at John Vanderslice's illustrious Tiny Telephone. Mastered by John Cuniberti. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
