1.) COUTEAUX, is a technical and progressive Alternative/Rock band influenced by quite a few other musical genres as well, including post-hardcore, math-rock and post-rock. Forming in the spring of 2011, after the demise of their previous groups Atheorem and Simoom, Nico, Tino, Linden and Zack started writing music that could be melodic and catchy yet still grasp the interest of fellow musicians with progressive song structures, rhythmically technical songs and lots of guitar tapping. 2.) Couteaux (pronounced KOO-TOE)is an electronic music project involving Mason Rosenberg and Stefen Smith of Santa Cruz, California. They are both French. and could probably beat you at ssbb.
