Melbourne-based Alternative/ Folk band led by singer/ songwriter Lachlan Rose. ---- Led by the eclectic songwriting and extraordinary voice of Lachlan Rose, Cousin Tony’s Brand New Firebird is a Melbourne music collective whose sound has been variously described as alt-folk and indie pop. Also comprising core members Kieran Christopherson and Francesca Gonzales, CTBNF have been making waves on the Melbourne live scene for the past year, including a support slot for Matt Corby (a fan of the band). “Soothsayer”, Cousin Tony’s first official single, was recorded with the help of members from The Middle East and Matt Corby's band.
