COUNTERFALL is a Christian rock band from Asheboro, N.C. Counterfall was founded in 2006 with Jamey Williams, Matthew Hoover, Nick Wiley and Stephen Wiley. The Wiley brothers stayed through completion of the debut CD but had to leave due to conflicting schedules. Brothers Christopher and Matthew Williams, Jacob Nall and Josiah Williams (brother to Jamey) joined the band and round out the current quintet. Matthew Hoover stepped away from performing to become the musical coordinator. Frontman and primary songwriter Jamey Williams continues to compose new music, and these teenage musicians are expanding their borders spiritually and musically. It is the hope of Counterfall that we can use the talents God has given us to spread the truth of His word and the love of His son Jesus Christ to all who will listen. "You know what?
