Cotton Museum, (aka Chris Pottinger) from Detroit/Lake Orion, Michigan is a noise artist, record label owner(Tastysoil), and drawing artist. Tastysoil records has put out performance artist Jimbo Easter's "Will of the serpent sundial", a split 12" LP with Thurston Moore in 2006 in addition to the Cotton Museum recordings. Pottinger is also a member of the Odd Clouds collective which is due to release it's first LP on Fred Thomas's Ypsilanti label in spring 2006.
