Cosmic Neihbourhood is the solo project of cult illustrator Adam Higton, of whom has also produced under the alias Yule Bringer. Higton states that Cosmic Neighbourhood albums are all sonic interpretations of the collages found in the album covers, and that all characters and sounds encapsulate a world of his own, dubbed the Cosmic Neighbourhood.
