Cosmic Delay formed in the spring of 2010, in Oslo, Norway by Fredrik Wandem and Ida Mary Cowell, who gathered some friends from other bands in the local music scene. Their music is influenced by folk music, indie pop and alternative blues-rock. After some line-up changes in 2011 the band band now consist of : Ida Mary Cowel - Lead Vocals Fredrik Wandem - Guitar, mandolin Thommie Myhrvold - Guitars Hanne Benum Lorange - Violin, keys, backing vocals Tor Ingar Barkerud - Bass Øyvind Minsaas - Drums The band is currently unsigned.
