CONVALESCE |ˌkänvəˈles| verb [ intrans. ] recover one's health and strength over a period of time after an illness or operation. Origin: late 15th cent.: from Latin convalescere, from con- ‘altogether’ + valescere ‘grow strong’ (from valere ‘be well’ ) CONVALESCE (formerly known as xA Promise Never Brokenx), formed in January 2006 in Puerto Rico, they now reside in Jacksonville, FL. This group of friends saw how most bands only promoted violence & hate in their lyrics, & they realized that hatred should not be supported when our world is full of it. Something needed to be done quickly, so there they commenced. Their only mission is to give a message of hope & love through their music, to say that everything in this world is still worth fighting for. While creating music from their heart, CONVALESCE stands out through their musical creativity & passion. Nothing can stop them.
