J Foster has been happily making music in obscurity for over two decades. Convair has been in existence since 2006. As a concept it was born in a shack in western NY after several experiments involving the recording of guitar feedback and a rainstorm; the feedback recordings worked, the rainstorm recordings did not. It has progressed from there as an exercise in guitar manipulation. Most of the sounds you hear in a Convair song are guitar-based and augmented with the minimal use of synthesized drums and bass. Changes will occur in this mode of operation as needed. Please enjoy alone or in the company of friends.
